Mindful Movement Yoga

Join us this summer, on Fridays, at BCPL for Mindful Movement Yoga, a beginner-friendly class designed to help you unwind, move with ease, and find a moment of tranquility in your busy day. No experience is needed—just come as you are!

 What to Expect:

  •  Simple, accessible yoga movements
  •  Gentle stretches to release tension
  •  Breathwork for relaxation
  •  A welcoming, no-pressure environment

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a way to slow down this summer, this is your space to reconnect with yourself. 

Mindful Movement Yoga is a free, beginner-level yoga class. You may bring your own mat or use one of our provided mats.

Space is limited; participants should register as soon as possible by signing up online using the link or QR code.
