Chocolate Royale Cheesecake

Ingredients & Measurements: 
- 32 oz cream cheese softened
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 8 squares baker's chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
 - 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur (optional)
 - 4 eggs
 - 18 crushed oreos
 - 2 tbsp butter melted
 
Instructions: 
  - Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan, bake at 325 for 10 min
 - mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended, electric mixer recommended.
 - add chocolate, liqueur, and eggs; mix just until blended.
 - pour over crust
 - bake at 325 for 55 to 60 min or until center is almost set if using silver springform pan.
 - bake at 300 for 60 to 65 min if using dark non-stick springform pan.
 - run knife or spatula around edge of cake to loosen and allow cake to cool before attempting to remove edges of pan.
 - Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
 - serve
