Key Lime Fudge
sweet and tangy citrus in fudge form.

Ingredients & Measurements: 
- 3 cups white baking chocolate pieces
 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
 - 2 tsp finely shredded lime peel
 - 2 tbsp bottled or fresh key lime juice
 - 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts if desired
 
Instructions: 
  - line an 8x8 baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
 - butter the foil.
 - in a large saucepan stir baking pieces and condensed milk over low heat just until pieces are melted and mixture is smooth
 - remove from heat and stir in lime peel, lime juice and nuts if desired
 - spread mixture evenly in prepared pan
 - optionally sprinkle chopped nuts on top
 - chill until firm
 - lift foil to remove from pan and cut into desired pieces.
 - Store refrigerated in airtight container
