Upside-down German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients & Measurements: 
- 1 cup coconut
 - 1 cup chopped pecans
 - 1 box german chocolate cake mix (powder only)
 - 3 eggs
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 1/3 cup milk
 - 2 sticks soft butter
 - 8 oz
 - 1 lbs powdered sugar
 - Chocolate syrup (optional)
 
Instructions: 
  - Preheat oven to 350 F
 - Grease 9x13 inch pan
 - Sprinkle chopped pecans and coconut on bottom of the pan
 - Mix cake, eggs, vegetable oil and milk on medium speed for two minutes.
 - Pour batter over coconuts and pecans
 - Melt butter and cream cheese and add powdered sugar, reserving a small amount of the powder.
 - Pour cream cheese and sugar mixture over batter
 - Bake 65 minutes
 - Remove from pan and cool.
 - Sift powdered sugar over cake.
 - Use chocolate syrup to decorate finished cake.
