Caramel Applesauce Pie
a unique take on a classic flavor

Ingredients & Measurements: 
- 24 caramels
 - 2 tbsp milk
 - 1 graham cracker crust (premade)
 - 1/3 cup chopped pecans
 - 8 oz soft cream cheese
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 cup chunky applesauce
 - 2 tsp vanilla
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 3/12 cup whipped topping, divided
 - caramel flavored syrup
 
Instructions: 
  - In a microwave safe bowl, heat caramels with milk for 1-2 min or until melted
 - pour into pie crust and sprinkle pecans on top
 - let cool about 30 min
 - with mixer beat next 3 ingredients until smooth.
 - reduce speed and add applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon
 - beat about 1 minute
 - fold in 1 3/4 cup whipped topping
 - spread over caramel mixture and chill about 1 hour
 - top with the rest of the whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce
