Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients & Measurements: 
- 1 lbs sausage
 - 6 slices white bread
 - softened butter, enough to spread on bread slices
 - 6 oz shredded cheese
 - 5 eggs
 - 2 cups half and half
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp dry mustard
 
Instructions: 
  - cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring and crumbling well
 - drain sausage on paper towels
 - spread each slice of bread with butter, cut into cubes
 - place bread cubes into 13x9x2 in pan
 - sprinkle pan with sausageand top with cheese
 - combine remaining ingredients and beat well
 - pour egg mix into baking pan.
 - chill for 8 hours
 - bake at 350 for 40 to 50 min
